◆「寝ていて人を起こす勿れ」となむ、率先垂範「やってみせ、言って聞かせて、させてみて、 ほめてやらねば人は動かじ」
- Literal："You are lying and must not command a person". Example by leadership. "I perform a copybook for him and explain it. I let him review it afterwards. And he never acts if he does not praise him".
